Campbell River Honda

We had high hopes for our visit to the CR Honda dealership, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a rather disappointing experience. After test driving several cars and carefully considering our options, we had our sights set on the Honda Passport and decided to pay the dealership another visit. During our initial test drive, we were clear with the salesperson that we were interested in purchasing the vehicle but needed to see a better deal, when it came to the price. The salesperson assured us that they would be able to accommodate our request and find a suitable offer for us. However, when we returned a few days later and entered the financing office to discuss the numbers, things took an unexpected turn. We were informed that the dealership couldn't make any adjustments to the pricing. While they defended this stance as promoting price transparency, we couldn't help but notice a significant difference between the price online and the price presented to us now. When we questioned these discrepancies, specifically in the bi-weekly price displayed on their website, they offered various excuses that quickly diminished any sense of trust we had towards the dealership. Despite our attempts to explore other possible promotions or options, it seemed as though they weren't interested in providing any assistance or working towards a mutually beneficial solution. The lack of care shown by the staff was disheartening. They didn't seem concerned with whether they gained our business or not, and this apathetic attitude further contributed to our disappointment. In the end, our hopes of purchasing the Honda Passport from CR Honda were shattered, and we left the dealership feeling let down. They had promised to work with us on a better deal, but ultimately failed to deliver on their word.

I had an excellent experience at the Honda dealership when I took my CRV to have the back brake pads replaced. They promptly scheduled my appointment and provided outstanding customer service, even offering a courtesy drop off while my car was being fixed. The communication throughout was top-notch, and they went the extra mile by washing the outside of my car and giving it a quick interior vacuum. The final price matched the estimate, and I am extremely satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

I am from Parksville and I had been delaying purchasing an AWD as I was feeling pressured by salesmen and this was my first vehicle purchase without my husband. Very scary and nerve racking for me. Was in for an oil change and a check of an unusual noise in the front left wheel. Both taken care of in a timely manner and gave me an update on my tire wear. Also offered a complimentary wash and vacuum which was very nice. I always take the earliest appointment I can and couldn't ask for a more upbeat, friendly gang in the morning.

My car broke down 10 minutes out of town last week. When I arrived at the local Honda dealership and explained my situation the staff and manager helped me find a tow truck and even set up a rental car for me. This took the stress and pressure off of me. They even had a shuttle driver take me to the Budget Car rental office. This service is above and beyond what I was expecting! This is just one of the many reasons I love Honda!
